I used to like rap, i used to have a lot of classics on my iPod.
The first 2 Kanye West albums, Be, Reasonable Doubt, Madvillainy, Raising Hell, the First 2 Public Enemy albums, illmatic, Only Built 4 Cuban Linxx, By Any Means Necessary, New Danger (Mos Def), etc…
It’s just that i discovered alt-rock/prog.rock, and some electronica albums too.
I’m not kidding, i was a REAL hip-hop fan, contemporary hip-hop fan.
And I have always despise mainstream hip-hop, Lil Wayne songs are pieces of dirty toilet paper, and 50 Cent rhymes are as clever as the literal value of his name (50 Cent), actually mainstream hip-hop is what made me try rock music.

No one really cares what you listen to. Just don’t come on here running your mouth off about hip hop. Its called trolling.
Because those people love hip hop, but not the mainstream stuff.
